Mechanical Tips

  1. Where can I find rear springs for the car? Contact Eaton-Detroit Spring company. They made a set for me from an original and are the only supplier that I know of.
  2. None of the local auto parts places have tie rods that fit my car. Kanter Auto Products has them in stock. You can get more information at www.kanter.com. I purchased a set from them for $180 plus shipping. This included inner, outer, and adjusting sleeves. They fit perfectly and are identical to the factory units. I was told that I would have them in a week and they showed up a day and a half later. Needless to say, I was very pleased.
